Renat Elubaev is a Kazakhstani visual artist and member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His work spans painting, digital art, and visual composition. He is a Grand Prix laureate of the International Art Olympiad in the Republic of Belarus, a gold medal recipient at an international art exhibition in the United States, and a record holder of the KINES register of Kazakhstan in the field of fine arts.

Since 2022, Renat Elubaev has organized the International Visual Arts Competition bearing his name, dedicated to supporting the development of contemporary visual art among young and emerging artists in Kazakhstan and the CIS region.
